Description

Located on Cottage Street in town of Old Grayton, our home is perfect for one or two families. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths you will love its charming upscale decor. One of the bedrooms has a king bed. One has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. Our home will sleep a total of 6 people comfortably. No pets allowed. No smoking. Thank you.

Sunday to Sunday rental in the Summer season.

The boardwalk to the beach is about 25 yards away, which makes it easy when taking kids down to the ocean. When you need a change from the sandy beaches, enjoy the neighborhood pool, directly across from our home. The heated pool is shared with only 8 other homes on Cottage Street.

House has 4 flat screen TVs, 3 dvd players, 1 blueray player. Minimum age for renters is 25.

General: washer/dryer, ac, wireless internet/telephone, linens provided, 4th house in row from beach/beach access
Kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, dishs/utensils/cookware
Outside: beach view front porch, 100 yards/steps away from beach/boardwalk, porch swing, charcoal grill, 1 block from Western Lake fishing/dock
Pool/Spa: community pool directly across street
Sports: list sporting activities available in grayton
Dining: breakfast bar, dining area for 6

You and your friends and family will love the easy going lifestyle of Grayton Beach. With shopping and dining within walking distance, it doesn't get better than this. And don't forget to eat at the famous Red Bar in Grayton. The restaurant is located one street over and not only has fabulous food, but live music too!

We recently stayed here, the house is gorgeous. It's a sweet cottage with a beautifully decorated beach feel. It's a great location, being right across from the pool and 3 doors down from the beach. Ted views were perfect and the feel was exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to go back.

This house was very, very clean. We spent a lot of time on that awesome porch. Three houses down was the ocean and a walkway to get to it. Just spectular. The beds were very comfortable. And you have everything you need in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The management company responded quickly to all the questions I had. I would definitely be back again.

The house was clean but needs a little updating. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was coming off the hinge, shower curtains need replacing (mildew), some light bulbs were out that need replacing and the towels need refreshing. They were old, fraying and dingy.<br/>Positives: location to the beach, pool right across the street and easy short walk to restaurants and a few shops.

The house was great and very close to the beach. We had a very relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again. Parking could be a bit tricky at times but we managed just fine. Side note: Be sure to bring a sharp kitchen knife as the ones in the rental were quite dull.

I love Grayton Beach and have been coming since 1995 - I love nature and this is the perfect place for a nature lover! I rented a bike and a kayak and never used my car once I unloaded all that I had packed. The condo was a perfect spot for me too - was clean and has a wonderful porch swing and is located right across from the community pool and only 4 homes down from the boardwalk and inlet lake. I already booked my return !

The condo was clean and you folks could put on a clinic about how to properly stock a nice condo. Our only complaint was the noise. You can hear the upstairs neighbors' every step if you are trying to sleep, and the construction a few houses down was extremely loud when they cranked up. Other than the noise, it was perfect.

I'm an avid tennis player and Seaside/watercolor courts have a daily first come, first serve clinic and round robin on the weekend. You really will fall in love with this rental and location. Kinda hate to share the news its such a hidden gem.

We had a great fall break at Gulf Winds Down! We may rent to the top and bottom next time so we can have extended family come. October is such a great month to visit the beach!
